BIO:

    Taylor is a St. Louis native and got her start in musical theater at a young age. She has worked with numerous professional companies in the area including STAGES St. Louis and New Line Theatre. Taylor was honored to play the role of CarilAnn Fugate in the world premiere of the rock musical Love Kills with New Line Theater, for which she was named "Best Actress in a Musical" by the RFT for 2010. Other New Line credits include Shy in The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, Sylvia in the Latin rock musical Two Gentlemen of Verona, and Eva Peron in Evita.

    STAGES credits include the regional premiere of The Drowsy Chaperone (swing), State Fair (Vivien/Emily Arden u/s/), Thoroughly Modern Millie (Ruth), Joseph...(Wife) as well as Disney's Alice in Wonderland and Disney's The Aristocats. Other favorite roles include Belle in Disney's Beauty and the Beast, and Carrie in Carousel (Arts for Life Award winner-Best Supporting Actress in a Musical). Taylor is a classically trained pianist and teaches private piano instruction throughout the St. Louis area.

    Taylor is also a member of the professional female tap company Diva La Tap, who recently performed their second sold out concert at the Kranzberg Arts Center. Taylor recently made her solo cabaret debut with Bistro Cabaret at The Bistro at Grand Center and looks forward to another show next year. Taylor choreographs for Whitfield High School as well as other theater companies around St. Louis including Kirkwood Theater Guild (Arts for Life Award nominee-Pippin), Spotlight Productions (Arts for Life Award nominee-Seussical the Musical), and Bravo Theater Company (Arts for Life Award winner-Godspell). Her film credits include Glass Turns Cloudy directed by Juraj Bohus and Fireproof Gloves directed by Justin Hayward through Vacdoomed Productions.

    Taylor is currently a featured guest vocalist performaing with Bobby & The Big Wheels.
